Frisch & Denig Custom-Fitted Chinrest Scholarship

In Honor of Alice and Tom Lindsay

Gary Frisch and Lynne Denig have developed chinrest fitting kits that string teachers and bodywork specialists can use to systematically “diagnose” a chinrest of the appropriate height, shape, and position on the instrument for beginning and advanced players. Frisch & Denig also craft chinrests tailored to fit the player with the goal of preventing pain and enhancing freedom of movement required to play expressively.

Frisch & Denig Custom-Fitted Chinrests wishes to dedicate this sponsorship to Alice and Tom Lindsay in honor of their lifetime commitment to string teaching.
