Study with members of The Philadelphia Orchestra this winter in sunny and beautiful Southern Florida.
The Winter Solo Performance Intensive (December 28, 2024 – January 2, 2025) is designed for advanced string players 13-19 years of age preparing for upcoming solo performances and competitions. This program includes: four private lessons, daily 30-minute workout sessions with assigned faculty accompanists, daily hour-long solo performance classes, five hours of required daily private practice, and a week-ending Grand Finale Recital.
Students will reside in the beautiful mansion shown above and will enjoy gourmet-style meals throughout the week-long program. PIMF has made every effort to surround the young musicians participating in this program with beauty and excellence so the only thing they need to focus on is performance.
